“Alisha” is a collaborative music project led by Alisha Höglund, a singer-songwriter of Swedish and Haitian descent, and Bhima Yunusov, a composer, producer, and songwriter of Tatar heritage from Tatarstan, Russia, now based in Berlin.

Rooted in a rich blend of genres—including Alternative R&B, Caribbean Kompa, Afro Pop, Indie Pop, Neo-Soul, Folk, Acoustic Blues, and Protest Song—the project brings together Alisha’s distinctive voice, deeply personal lyricism, and soulful, memorable melodies with Bhima’s diverse production approach, shaped by his work in ballet, film, theater, and experimental music. Together, they create a sound that is both raw and refined, intimate yet expansive.
