Bhima Yunusov is a Composer, multi-instrumentalist based in Berlin.

 

The hallmark of Bhima is the unique work with rhythm. He combines folk percussion riffs of various countries (such as Japan, China, Korea, Africa, India, etc.) with modern, industrial sound and neo-classical melodies. He is also known for his work with breath and voice, with the help of it he creates unforgettable soundscapes and immerses us on a meditative journey.

Main genres are: 

neoclassical, classical, experimental, downtempo, abstract, ethnic music, trip-hop, industrial, noise etc.

Awards:

Composer of short film Trap (The Winner of the Golden Bear Berlinale 2022).

Prize Winner of NCA Music Awards in ‘Modern Music’ nomination 2019.
